Summer Season

Weekly Rate 1 night free with a 7 night stay

*Rates based on double occupancy, add one-time cleaning fee of $10 for each additional person
*Please note Montana has a State Bed Tax of 7%

Reservation Deposit 50% deposit due at time of booking - complimentary hold for 7 days until deposit is received, dates are released if deposit is not received within 1 week
Balance Due 60-days prior to stay -  If less than 60-days notice, payment in full is due at time of reservation

Pets Dogs are permitted upon approval with a non-refundable cleaning charge of $25 and a refundable damage deposit of $250.00
Maximum Capacity  7 guests (2 bedrooms plus hide-a-bed in living room)
Shorter Stay Based on availability - extra cleaning fee of $50 applies.
Longer Stay Based on availability - rates negotiable
Cancellation 45-day written cancellation required for refund (minus 50% processing fee of contract rate)
